Soul Coaching Sessions

1 Hour Online Session - $140*

Sliding Scale Available - $80-$140

Designed for gently enacting lifestyle changes and addressing the deeper aspects of the student’s Yoga practice and spiritual development.  The goal is equilibrium and balance. If there is an imbalance we will discuss it and work towards solutions to find more balance and ease in life.

  • Balance between physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual health

  • Guiding spiritual development

  • Creating solutions for addressing negative thought patterns 

  • Exploring what your idea of a Higher Power is to you and developing a working relationship

  • Practical ways to improve your overall experience of life, happiness, and fulfillment

  • Addressing self esteem and self worth issues and learning to set healthy boundaries from this place

  • Developing a relationship with your inner child and increasing self love

  • Ways to increase mindfulness in daily life
