We’ve put together classes for bachelorette parties, weddings, corporate events, and large family groups. Classes can be yoga or Pilates (or a mix!)

My daily practice helps calm my nervous system, keep me aligned with my higher expression of Self, clears my cells of junk, and helps me maintain the sacred relationship I have with the Higher Power of my understanding. All this adds up to a life that is wakeful, full, and of the highest vitality.

Yoga is sacred medicine. 

The long term consistent practice of yoga over time can heal the deepest wounds, act as preventative medicine, helps upkeep unbelievable levels of physical health, and helps me maintain spiritual fitness. I cannot imagine my life without it.
