The Second Series of Ashtanga Yoga is an intricate and beautiful sequence that is not explored often enough. It is true some experience with First Series or Advanced Vinyasa is helpful, but you do not need to be proficient in Primary Series to participate. There is a lot to be learned and inspiration to motivate more practice from experiencing this series! Michelle calls it the Emotional Series as it will open you up.
