Beginner's Workshop Series with Michelle Dorer!
Michelle will be starting another Beginner's Worshop Series Monday, January 27 at 7pm. This is a 6 week course focused on educating and helping beginner students or students new to Ashtanga Yoga to learn about the system and work on the basics of breath and movement, getting them ready to practice the Primary Series of Ashtanga Yoga step by step.
