Second Series Six Week Course with Michelle Dorer VIA ZOOM (in person option available)
When: Saturday mornings - 9am-11am - October 10 - November 14, 2020
What: In this course we will approach the Second Series of Ashtanga Yoga in a safe and thorough way. In Sanskrit it is called Nadi Shodhana which means Nerve Cleaning. We will explore the many layers of the physical, psychological, and spiritual levels that this sequence will address. Each week we will slowly progress through the sequence while troubleshooting difficult postures and going over ways to effectively modify. Each week we will build upon what we did the week before concentrating on different sections. By the end of the six weeks, we will be through the entire sequence. There will be a focus on back bending and how to maintain physical and emotional wellness long term. Experience with Primary Series or advanced Vinyasa is recommended.
