Primary Series Workshop with Michelle Dorer - 6 Week Series - 3 Ways to Participate - Recordings Included - Spring 2021
When: Wednesdays - 6:30pm - 8:30pm - April 7 - May 12, 2021
Who: This 6-week series is designed for students who would like to learn about the Primary Series of Ashtanga Yoga. If you would like to be challenged by learning an active Vinyasa method of practice, or if you are already familiar with the series and would like to deepen your understanding, this course is for you!
What: In Sanskrit the Primary Series is called Yoga Chikitsa, which means Yoga Therapies. In addition to taking an in-depth look at the Ashtanga method, we will discuss and learn adaptations based on your individual body and needs, and healthy ways to practice the postures while incrementally increasing the amount of the sequence practiced weekly. By the end of the six week course, we will complete the entire series in a way that is accessible to each student.

Cancellations made up to 10 days prior to the start of the Workshop will receive a refund minus any credit card fees already accrued. No refunds will be given for cancellations made within 10 days of the start of the Workshop. Workshop fee can be transferred to another offering.
