When:  Wednesdays - 6:30pm - 8:30pm - January 13 - February 17, 2021

What:  Learn the basics of yoga philosophy, lineage, and method of the Ashtanga Yoga tradition. This workship will provide a  solid and safe foundation to develop an Ashtanga Yoga practice. All participants receive educational materials including a booklet one keeps to reference throughout their journey.

Students have 3 options to participate.
  • In person - for local students, please contact me for more information.  
  • Zoom - in your own home, from anywhere in the world.
  • Class Recordings - self paced with class recordngs and available consultations.
Note, class recordings are available for all registered students!  Take the workshop at your own pace, get caught up on missed classes, use the classroom material as a reference in the future.

Who: This 6 week series is designed for students new to yoga and/or new to the Ashtanga Yoga practice or more experienced students that would like to return to the basics!
