I wanted to write this note to the Outer Banks Yoga Community to clarify any confusion concerning Mysore style classes:
The time interval listed on the class schedule is NOT a definite start and stop time. It is NOT a 2 1/2 hour class. The times listed are an open time slot in which students are welcome to come and go on their own time. The duration of your practice is adaptable to the needs of the day. Right now the best arrival time is between 7:30am-9am in the morning and 5:30pm-6pm in the evening. Come, take practice!
