 Class Descriptions

 Hatha Yoga - Basics of breath and posture.  Less emphasis on standing postures and vinyasa. Great for those new to yoga or for the more advanced practitioner looking for a practice less focused on vinyasa.

Introduction to Ashtanga - Basics of yoga philosophy, breathing, and movement. Led through elementary postures of primary series.  

Ashtanga Prep
- Led through more challenging postures of primary series.

Primary Series - Led through entire primary series of Ashtanga Yoga.

Mysore - Independent practice with personal guidance and attention to special needs.  To help students develop and maintain self practice with traditional sequencing.  Students may arrive any time between 7:00 am - 8:00 am.
